Anyone have a 27mm or 1" front stand tripple pin? (lost my pin set, but i doubt it came with that size anyway)

Know where i can buy one locally?

I need to source one today, so i can get my tires changed tomorrow...it all hinges on this pin! :)

will donate a 6 pack or some engraving or vinyl work for your help.

Can have the pin back to you saturday.

thanks!

I have the extra set of larger pins.

Located in Whitby, would have to be in the evening for pick up if no-one else can help.

That's a BIG pin!

My Attack clamps require a big pin and I'll have to get something fabricated for it.

i was about to say, I have an extra set of pins, but I don't think i've got anything that big.

what the hell were they thinking...trying to make it difficult to change tires..jeez

so i found some reference to using long sockets as "adapters"

i just dont want to come home and see my new shiny bike on the floor lol

ya and these dont exist local gta...totally gonna be a magiver job.

ebay for future use...just my luck ahhhh!

My front triple stand came with a set of pins, and the biggest one was 21mm. I had to order the 2nd set for the same stand, which went up to 28mm if I remember correctly. My CBR takes one of those big pins.

Not pitbull. Bvp. No name stands.

Thanks JohnnyP

Im going to try the socket method. Failing that I'll boot around

Inferno grab one from where? U have or you mean from a store?

Thanks for the responses

I could of grabbed one from GP or Royal, or even got the one from Jay V since he lives nearby.
I was in Toronto most of the morning ..

In a pinch, I have used a deep socket that fit in the hole. You can rig something like that up that works.

Buy a chain hoist. Do away with the front stand and pins altogether.

Socket for now. Chain hoist for sure. At the office but not in the condo garage lol. Imagine.

Ah yes. Drilling holes in a condo parking lot cross beams may upset a few people. I have my own garage so get to drill holes wherever I like!!

I use a deep socket and just squared off the pin to fit the 1/2" drive socket.
Socket is a 21mm from canadian tire.

It works for now.
