If anyone is interested in aviation and looking at some neat pieces, they have a lot of trainers and older snowbirds sitting in Borden
They have a fleet of older snowbird jets as well, I’ll get pics of those laterCool. I've driven around Borden countless times but never attempted to go in. I just assumed it was off limits.
Those jets got driven down from collingwood a few months ago. Of course, some drunk asshat drove around police cars and crashed in the procession. Thankfully they didn't hit a plane.
I've driven into and around the Borden and Trenton base several times for business purposes. Only ONCE have I ever been asked what the purpose of my visits was by some third party person wearing a safety vest. Not even asked for ID, and this was at Borden which is the "lesser" base of the two.Cool. I've driven around Borden countless times but never attempted to go in. I just assumed it was off limits.

Interesting. Get close enough to see a rail yard and rail police are normally all over you in seconds and they aren't very friendly.I've driven into and around the Borden and Trenton base several times for business purposes. Quite surprising actually.
I find it’s who’s on duty that day, seen them turn people at the gate a few timesInteresting. Get close enough to see a rail yard and rail police are normally all over you in seconds and they aren't very friendly.
My mom grew up close enough to trenton that she remembers them taking off and going supersonic daily.
