Wondering if any GTAM'ers are looking for some weekend side work. House is located in the Beaches area of Toronto.
Plumbing work - Cut and cap/remove two sets of pipes and move one set for a bathroom sink
Aluminum work - Door/window exterior trim and some flashing around the roof
Roofing work - Back roof is leaking along the seam with my neighbor (semi-detached home). Shingles are new on my side, but the seam needs to be fixed
