Typically single colour number sets are $25 and two colour are $40.

That includes some custom sizing and design work too. Just to ensure they fit the bike properly.

Do you have the capability to print on the vinyl and then cut, or just cut?
I can supply an Adobe Illustrator / PDF vector file at the correct size so there won't be any work on your end except to queue it up to the printer/cutter.
