its quite unbelievable that stuff like this is even talked about.

whoever fatty complained to, should have just hung up the phone, or threw out the letter, or just flat out ignored him..

"Given his unique physical and mental condition there is a substantial risk that any attempt to execute him will result in serious physical and psychological pain to him, as well as an execution involving a torturous and lingering death," Post's attorneys wrote in a federal court papers filed Friday.

I'd say send him to the gallows, but I'm afraid he'll just break the rope.

Wouldn't want to hurt such a beautiful, perfectly good rope.
 
How come it is quick and painless for say a 250lb man but for a 486lb man it has "the potential 200+ needle sticks and up to 16 hours that Dr. Lubarsky predicted"

I was wondering the same thing.
Either we are about to see an explosion of obese people on death row or these guys are going to be on stricter diets.
I wonder if they can kill you if you go the other way and become anorexic. Now that would be easy for them to do.

Good question. Don't inmates get fed in a regimented manner? It's not like buddy can sneak into the fridge in the middle of the night for midnight snacks.

shoot him then, thats what he did to his victim. Its .25 cent for a 9mm bullet and the guards already have guns. problem solved
 
7,62,39 is even cheaper! 0,14cents last time I checked the prices! And in the state a lot of people must own a gun of that caliber.
