To Pay or not to Pay

...he agreed to plans of marriage with her even after they broke up once before? Not only should he turn in his man card (for being a chump and dragging this out), but he should probably leave the dating scene for guys who's testicles have dropped and are smart enough to figure out when things are done and not be sissies and throw tantrums to garner media attention...

Lol. Rtard.

It's a Judge Judy moment!

Seriously though, $32,000 grand for an engagement ring!

She's batsh** crazy, and he's an IDIOT for proposing immediately after splitting for a year.

But I'd be stupid ****** if my fiance left for vaca, and simply didn't come back. And to call to break off an engagement? That's spineless, especially when all you can say is that you didn't want any of it, and claim that the city isn't right for you. This woman has less dignity than a rat, and shouldn't be trusted to take out the trash. She may not have been intentionally trying to gouge him for his money, but that's what she succedded in and should be accountable for it.

Puhlease, she didnt leave him at the altar. She broke up with him 6 months before the wedding. More than enough time to cancel the DJ and all the other BS hes claiming. Sure he would be out the deposits but guys just bitter.

Lets look at it on the other hand. He gave her a $32K ring she returned, which indicated that he has money. If she did marry him she would have taken him to the CLEANERS in the divorce. Instead of taking this one as a lesson hes going after her for everything. No sympathy for him.

Doesn't seem like he needs the money, my guess is he is bitter and wants to get back at her. If it went that far with the wedding plans then split the bill and move on. Money is the dumbest thing to fight over!

This guy is clearly a moron, but this chick is a flake and needs to pay up her share of the costs. "I didn't really want a big wedding anyway" sounds like a convenient rationalization. It takes two to plan a wedding, and if a ton of $$$ was already shelled out for it and she suddenly breaks it off, then she pays half to cover her own stupidity and indecisiveness.

expenses for the wedding deposits etc. should be split 50/50.
any expenses not wedding related should be forgotten. you can't sue for 1/2 back-rent after you break up. dude needs to watch judge judy.

This guys defence is that since she returned the ring, it indicates some idea tht it was not solely his responsibility. Suing for the wedding costs make sense to me, but the rent and all the other crap I say is a reach. Plus she said it herself, WE planned the wedding, so she should fork out for some of the costs too.

But its funny how shes trying to act like shes poor or something "oh im just an average girl who used to work in hooters" Cmon! really, thats her reasoning why she dont wanna pony up the dough!?

IDK, something about this lady screams snake to me.

Which he should have figured out the first time they broke up...

He's a pansy. Take it like a man, and pawn that wedding ring and use it for a week's worth of blow, midget hookers using Shetland ponies as props, and move on.
