How To Reheat Pizza

Anthony Falco, Roberta's head pizza maestro, recommends putting your slice in a non-stick skillet on medium-low for a couple minutes. Once the bottom is crisp, add a couple drops of water to the pan, turn the heat to low, and cover with a lid. In about a minute, you'll have fluffy crust and melted cheese. He even shared a super-helpful illustration that he drew himself—a true Renaissance man!

Had a pig out last night so decided to try ....works the charm ....crisp on the bottom and the little steaming melts the top.

Who the heck has "left over" pizza... You're doing it wrong... LOL
But in reality, I've done it in the pan, works great.

Can confirm…am fat because I wife makes delicious pizza…and I eat majority of it.

Most pizza places produce a product that is in my opinion barely edible. The dough they use is not much different than a dough for a loaf of white bread. When you reheat a wedge of crap you get a warm wedge of crap.

Well this was curated by my daughter who is very fussy, and was worth doing it up properly and there was way to much left over ..
I'm not fond of thick crust pizza but this was a treat. Very fresh ingredients.

I just like generalities sooo much
