Do tickets in process count as a ticket on record when insurance are making quotes? Or is it only upon conviction? I have one that's waiting for trial.
Definitely upon conviction only. For years I've been living with a constant 2 tickets on my record--which uses up my grace with insurance--and juggling a third in the system.
