I had a good experience with Motorcycle-Superstore.com that I thought I'd share with the good people on GTAM. I ordered a new Sargent seat online for my Concours 14 (cheaper than ordering from Sargent too!) and the service was outstanding! I ordered the seat on Friday morning and it was delivered to my house the following Tuesday. They use UPS to ship (which I usually hate due to their outrageous brokerage fees coming across the border.) Cost of shipping to Canada was $39.99 + about $54 for taxes etc. Not bad for a $500 seat!

I've had good experience with them as well, though I do find that shipping of stuff that aren't "in stock" (i.e., "usually ships in 1 business day" or more) may take longer than expected, as they actually order those parts in and re-ship. Also, sometimes they take up to 1-2 days to verify non-US credit cards, so factor that into your order time.

Tried both shipping to US (great!) and Canada and they've not disappointed. Prices are good, especially on clearence items.

My last order from US was Rev'IT gear, which motorcycle-superstore didn't have in stock, so I went to Revzilla who got it to me right away. That said, Revzilla's not allowed to ship Rev'IT stuff to Canada so it was only a coincidence that I was in the US and could bring it back.

So yeah, if you're buying more than a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff, and don't mind paying proper shipping and taxes, motorcycle-superstore is a good site.

Bought my SHOEI Multitec helmet from them. They had the size and the colour I wanted and all I could get here was 'Black'. Cost about $200 cheaper and it was delivered in three days to a place in Port Huron (USA) for free. Port Huron/Sarnia is only 1 1/2hr ride from me. The cost to accept my parcel and store for me was $5. Great day X-border shopping!!
