This waterproof coating is the sh*t!!

Wow... So many uses I can think of for that! No more 40lbs of mud stuck to the MX bike in a mud race. Apply it to my ruck sack and never worry about it being in the rain all week.

How awesome would it be if it could go on like a clear coat for your cars/bikes?

If you had a box of paintball with scented paint would the smell stay? I'm guessing no.

That kind of stuff has been around as DWR for a while. Question is, how durable is it? Most DWR gets crushed quite easily. A tumble in the dryer restores it, but you don't usually have one of those "out there"

Only problem with that is if water did get in, you'd be hard pressed to get it out.

This stuff was being discussed on a paintball forum I am a member of as a really easy way to cheat.

I guess that's true... But if that much water does get in, my ruck will dry out way faster than any of the kit that is in there! I always line my stuff with garbage bags and then the critical stuff (underwear, socks, t-shirts) gets put inside ziplocks.

pretty cool...spray the driveway and walkway and no ice buildup...great for boots.

I wonder though... Say you pull in off a wet street on to the driveway... Could you just lose all grip with your tires covered in water?

Scented paint? What is the ref going to do, run out and smell you?

LMAO!!!!! I would happily spend a Saturday seated next to a paintball field just to watch that.... not only the refs trying to chase people down to smell them but the peoples reactions to being 'smelt' that **** would be amusing!

My only concern is the durability and how often you'd have to reapply it...

Gtam group buy?
