Are you sure it's the thermocouple and not the valve?

ya i took the coupler out and cleaned it, the furnace starting working and not shut off after a couple seconds.

just not sure how long at will last till it quits.

last yr i had to replace the igniter.

it's the flame sensor that is not detecting, i just cleaned it and it works for now, going to have to get one before this quits for good

I think Canadian Tire sells thermopiles (i.e. flame sensor). Might have a universal fit one that'll work for you.
