I don't like Kevin, he is just a very smug person. He seems to get great joy is humiliating people.
I am all for positive constructive criticism but the way he just dismisses and crushes people on Dragon's Den that are just trying to better their positions in life is uncalled for and unacceptable. He is always laughing at them.
I watched Dragon's Den 3 times, no more due to Mr. Smug.

I am sure it is but just look at his face when he is tearing those people down.
He has a big fat smile. He can't help it.
 
O'Leary has major small man syndrome. Lang is smokin' hot though. Intelligence and looks.

I think that's what it is. He should spend his money on a hair transplant.
He tries to come across as God's gift to women and the leader amongst men.

Just listen to his tone and look at his facial expressions. He reveals on crushing people's dreams and hopes.
Yes, the show puts some stupid ideas on but it's tv so you need some fillers.

I recall one episode the lady had a good small business case where she pulls in a solid $250-350k and he laughed at her and called it chum change. The lady Dragon (Arlene?) and I think Robert reminded him that is a lot of money to most people and here is a single mother with 2 kids getting this far.

He will rub someone the wrong way and wend up with a smashed in face. He just comes across as one of those types.
I don't think he has ever been in a fist fight not even in grade school. I notice men that have never been in a fight have this smugness about them. Let's hope a woman bitc* slaps him and he cries like a little punk :) I will watch again.
 
I agree with all of you. He's a class A jerk. I can't stand the sight of him anymore on T.V.
 
He's a weasel who lucked out to make his money but is being sued to pay it back. He'll be broke again in no time. He's to the finance world what Don Cherry is to hockey.

Agree 100%.

I always found it amazing how disgusting he found a loan/line of credit (in his words charity) offer from mostly Brett, but Robert & Arlene as well. As if he never got a lucky break, or a little helping hand.
 
O'Leary ruins Dragon's Den for me. I think it's a pretty good show until he opens his mouth. Sure all the others will criticize stupid idea's, but at least its generally constructive. He just babbles random **** about how terrible people's idea's are and generally belittles everyone. Dude has no guts and will get served one of these days.

IMO Robert is the man on DD. He worked for everything he has and he always gives pretty good advice to anyone who comes on.

I liked Brett the most.

and it helped that he was actually rich enough to take risks.

Kevin never makes offers ( and by offers i mean realistic ones ), so its basically pointless watching him because he might close 1 deal a season.
 
Brett actually seems to have some moral fortitude....Arlene wasn't too bad. I found both of them to be fair....the Boston Pizza guy was good but he had greedy eyes ha ha. O Leary is just a clown, never gives out cash...always likes the sound of his own voice.

Read his book 'Driven'. The man made everything he has himself, by working his *** off, plain and simple. Some lucky breaks here and there, but in a sense, we're all lucky, it's the ones that can see when they are, that make it big.
