Thanks to all at Pro6 for yet another great day at the track. One of the smoothest trackdays I've been to, I don't' think there were any incidents even with the rain. The Yamaha bucks were a bonus :D

I have to agree. As usual, top notch. Even with the day being nearly full, everything went well.

Fili-mac, what bike were you on? In the last session of the day somebody on a white bike passed me into turn 2 and through 3 he had an insane lean angle and had to check up a bit because of it. I caught it on video. I said out loud in my helmet "Holy crap!" when I saw his lean angle, so I turned my throttle up some more to keep pace for a bit. Good times. Found a new "limit". :)

Was there a lot of track time? I was going to go but the weather forecast kept me from attending.

Green had a crap load of riders out, wide open track for me in yellow. I sat out one session and still got 5 in...good day in my books.

Doozer - Blue and red R6 #313 in the yellow group. I'm hoping the photographer out in the infield got some good shots.

I got a chance to run my rain tires but when I got out there the track was already 60% dry! I did 4 laps and came in, put the slicks back on.

Fili-mac, I thought I saw you out in the red group. Must have been an imposter. haha

If I was out there you would have notice me acting like pylon, definitely not up to pace with you guys. What times are you running?

I saw you for sure fili-mac out in yellow. You have a pretty bright set of leathers, it was hard to miss. I was out for the first time ever on some US N-Tecs. My god those a nice. Bike felt like it wanted to fall over at the slightest push of the bars. Ended up getting my times from 2:10's down into 2:05/6 range. I was the guy with the gray primered bike #284. So far thats 15 seconds a lap i've lost in 3 days since getting my new to me 05 zx6r. Not bad for 6th track day, 3rd on the new bike.

Ha bright yeah! The suit was courtesy of Mr. Trombino  so colour wasn't a choice. You were definitely running faster times than me. I got a really blurry shot of us coming out onto the straight. I hope I wasn't too much of a pylon for you.

On my SV I run around the 2 minute mark. My "official" personal best was 2:01.9 two years ago. I'm faster now for sure but there never seems to be a beacon to prove it... I'll have to buy one I suppose :) Yesterday afternoon was tough to get a PB though because of the water in 8 and Allen's buggering up the lines a bit.

Does anybody know who the photographer was that was out in the field?

Thanks. Your bike sounds familiar. Were you at the Shannonville lapping day a few weeks back (I had my 07 red/white gsxr600 there parked at the "Whyte Fitness" trailer)?

Good to see you again too. After showing John Sharrard my brutally torn up rear tire and having him check a few things I'll be sending him my shock for a full service, valving and stiffer spring. I'm eager to see how my bike feels after that!

White bike-was it a 2 stroke by chance? Old RZ350? Not much power on the straights?

Not a pylon at all. I just started getting more aggresive with lines, braking, on the power etc. Still very new but getting better.

Amazing time.
Just a note: If you are not on the new Dunlop Slicks, you need to be. Incredible. Insane grip.
