Temp sticker questions

When buying a used bike....the temp sticker you get from the MTO so you can ride the bike without a safety....

How long does the sticker last for?

....and how many times can you get one?

Sticker lasts for 10 days I believe.

You can get two per year, I know.

so 2x10 days permit (if veh was registered as fit with previous owner) within 365 day period.

Or you can get a mechanic like Ted to come to your house and do the safety on the spot.
It will be more expensive than getting a temp. $40 vs. $10 but you're not wasting time at the MTO and the garage.
