Telephone Number Extensions?

Company line, we have a few sales people working here and it would be a good idea for each person to have their own extension/mailbox etc.
Suggestions as to where to go or who to call to get this going?

If you have reliable Internet over there, you might want to consider a VoIP solution.. Plenty of small guys out there who can set up a PBX or hosted PBX and you can have as many extensions as you want with IVR's and any other features you'd want a lot cheaper than going with POTS

we did this 6 months ago, used to be with bell, paying for each land line $50 per line each month, switched to voip, we went with iasl.com (ask for Patrick, very good guy)

Our system has currently 18 extensions, some of main features:
- paging
- record all conversations
- voicemail
- log everything
- chat internal
- forward to external number if unavailable
- different ring tone (outside incoming call vs internal call)
