Ted paid a visit to my house this morning to safety my bike. I called him yesterday afternoon and he agreed to come in the morning which suited my schedule. Quick painless transaction.

Bonus points for riding to my house in the snow on his bike!

A+ Ted, Thanks!

Ted's coming to my house tomorrow, great guy. He certified my last bike and now my 05 cbr. Great guy can't say that enough.

A+

He certified both of our bikes and I go to him for all of my tire mounting/balancing. Great guy, interesting character

Hey, can any of you guys pass along his contact info. Im looking for a tire install.

Thanks alot

Turbo131;)

I just got my tires installed from him a few weeks ago. $30 front and rear.
did u ride the bike in?? or did u bring the rims in??

really 30 for the set?? I called his place today and they told me it cost 30 per tire if I bring the bike in.. and its cheaper if I bring the rims in.

ted charges $10 per tire if you bring in the rim, and $2 for tire disposal if you don't want to take the tires back with you

thats cheap..

but im not much of a bike savvy person.. is it hard to remove both tires?? The front should be easy, but the rear is harder since it has the chain and sprokets

Removing the rims is the easy part. Putting 'em back on is slightly trickier cuz you gotta line up the axles, keep both spacers in, make sure the brakes slide in right and putting the chain on all at the same time. It's better if you got a buddy to help you lift the rim while you install everything.

Been to Teds place the other day ... changed my tires and get her Certified ... at a really great price .. .+1

Ted the Crazy lone soldier.. i've never seen a man .. that can fart and beltch at the same time ... lol .. :cherry: man that was quite something ..man with many talents...

Riding home with the new tires was riding very odd. i guess that their new tires .. .. but they were great..

fifth day riding!!! in my entire life ..!!!!! :D

when your doing that .. the best thing to do is to .. Grease the rod .. and oil the change while your at it ...:read:
