Teach you not to jaywalk

I felt like doing that before. Chick was late crossing the intersection and she full knew it but just ambled across slowwwwwwly like she owned the place. Two lanes were turning left on the priority light and the ones in the back or in the outside lane didn't see her and she soooooo nearly got smooched. Woulda been Darwinian justice.

like how the big fella just casually moved away from the driver as he returned to his van after soccer kicking the guy in the face.

Something similar happened here, but the kid was crossing on green. The cager ran the light and hit him, then got out and whacked him a few times.

And the people are observing all this and giving no reaction...

Human life has little value in SA

Lol man that was awesome!!

WTF? Are you insane?

I understood you to be a paramedic. Have you ever heard the word "compassion". I sure as hell hope I or my loved ones are never on the receiving end of your professional assistance.

I think he meant it with a bit of irony there

If so, my bad. But I don't see the "ironic" smiley face symbol.

I found the video pretty disturbing and disgusting. To have it referred to as "awesome" rankles, to put it mildly.

would have been nice if that guys van got creamed by an 18 wheeler while pulled over SWEET JUSTICE ( with no one inside of course)

Hey, I thought that was awesome. The guy dawdled across the road like he owned it, playing chicken with cars basically taunting drivers to hit him. So one driver hit him! Not saying that was right but from the perspective of getting your just desserts, that guy got his. He could have been pancaked by a car so he got off easy in a sense.

I shake my head at all the people standing around staring at the guy after he's knocked out, while the driver calmly adjusts the mirror he hit the guy with. Cold.

Sooner or later, we'll see a similar vid from here in Toronto.. I see more and more idiots walking on the road (sometimes even in the middle of the road) when there are perfectly good sidewalks available. They expect for the cars to go around them. What if one of those idiots dents my hood or shatters my windshield? No chance in hell I'll recover my expenses from his estate. If you think I sound too callous, that's your problem. Why should I pay because someone didn't wanna obey the rules that would have prevented his injury and my property damage in the first place? The kick to the head went a bit overboard, though

If you have a problem with someone get out of your vehicle and deal with it like a man.

Did I say I'd run someone over on purpose? Last time I checked, the last name on my DL wasn't Bryant. What I'm really saying is that a jaywalker's life isn't worth risking my own person in an attempt to save and even risking my property would be a big "if".

Thanks for saying it how I would have!
Dude just expected everyone to slow down for him when he really shouldn't have been crossing at that point... That'll teach him for next time.
Sure, would have been nice to see the bystanders actually MOVE and maybe help the guy, but I've been around to some places and I've seen people run the opposite direction, where here you would expect someone to come and assist.

Oh, and yes, I'm sort of a paramedic in a way... Except at times I'm expected to shoot at someone... And then fix the holes when we get to the guy. Either makes me a really horrible person, or I get some good practice on the job.
BTW, I travel with a medical kit in my truck, including stuff that I am not "allowed" to use in Canada, but it will save a life. I've been to accident scenes before "real" help gets there and I've helped people out, and if I had to I would risk my *** getting charged to save anyone's life... So call me a horrible person if you want, but if you or your family end up in a wreck, I would likely be one of the first people you would want to pull over and help you.
When is the last time you helped someone you didn't know? For me, it was this morning, and I wasn't at work.
Think of me as a prick if ya want, but that's way off mark for who I am.
