Howdy Folks,

Looking to get some more work done and was looking for suggestions of places I should consider within the GTA?
I'm pretty sure most places will be booked solid once things open up a bit more, so if you know of someone willing to do some work. Feel free to DM me.
This should go without saying, but not looking for a hack or someone that bought gear from Amazon/eBay. Looking for a creditable artist.

Cheers.

Got nothing but this.

I've been showing people a sketch of my tattoo thoughts. A dotted line box with "Insert Chip Here" beside it.

About 40 years ago Dee's on Younge St street inked snakes on a buddy and I.

My tattoos were done at Way Cool in Oakville...the owner has a really good reputation, been in business since 2000...I have 5 of which 2 were done there, however the last one I had done was in 2011 or 2012 (I can't remember)...

Had a tattoo done by them and an old one recoloured (white fades FAST) by them a few years back. IIRC they were on Lakeshore at the bottom of Kerr back then. Pretty sure Bert did it (few concussions since then). I was happy with the work.

Not sure where you are, but I've had 2 done, and my wife 1 at wild ink Ajax. No issues, quality work.

I’ve had a couple done by malific tattoos in streetsville. I’m happy with the work

Never got work done locally, holding off to get it done in Thailand again. But interested to see what people may recommend.
I had good luck with local artists, but it has been awhile.

I think I have checked them out in the past, good to hear a positive review.

David Glantz did mine when he used to work for BobbyFive at Queen/Dufferin around 17yrs ago. They still look great and haven't needed a touch up.

Then he opened up his own shop and still seems to be there. He’s quite good, so expect a wait list, but he's worth it.

There are so many good artists but then again good is subjective. I suggest you follow a few on instagram and see the work they post.

Personally I follow Closed Casket Tattoos and kellymasontattoo. The latter has done mine. She is very cool and extremely reasonably priced.
