Hello

Just wondering if anyone has received their T2202A for doing their motorcycle course last year. I did mine at Sheridan, they sent me a letter saying it will be available end of February on their student website (Access Sheridan), but so far nothing.

Anyone else take the course at Sheridan, or any other college/institution, if so can you view it?

Thanks

i havent gotten my T# for going to sheridan yet, so i just wanna guess that full time students would come first before bike school

are you sure you get a T2022a for a motorcycle course?

I did a quick search and found this on the Algonquin college site

FULL-TIME PROGRAMS
Most full-time programs and credit courses are eligible for a T2202A tax receipt. Certain portions of fees paid are excluded. For example, the Student Activity Fee, Graduation Fee, Building Levy Fee, Health Plan Fee and Incidental Fees are not deductible.
For more information, refer to the Tuition Fees and Expenses page in the Registrar’s Office section of our website, select the appropriate academic year and then select Income Tax Receipts (T2202a).
PART-TIME PROGRAMS
You can claim courses that are designed to develop or improve skills in an occupation. Courses that are for general interest (i.e. motorcycle safety, wine tasting, etc.) are not eligible.

You might not get one then. If you only did one course and are not considered a full time student or part-time student you might have to claim it some other way.

905/459-7533 and follow the options to get to the contact centre and ask them [I think its just option 1] or EXT 5400 which is the Advisement Centre.

Good luck.
