Great communication and customer service from Amazon at Suzuki of Newmarket.
I went in about a week ago looking for a mesh jacket. She didn't have what I was looking for in stock but offered some nice alternatives, unfortunately I left empty handed. I was able to find a jacket at another shop. She PM'd me a few days later asking how my jacket search was going. WOW! Most retailers don't think twice about you once you walk out the door. I let her know I already got a jacket but did want to upgrade the back protector for it. She said she would have to special order the part, day after I give her my info I get a PM letting me know its ready. I picked it up earlier today, and when I got home I received another PM saying I forgot the instruction manual. Other places need to take notes. This is how customer service should be done.
