Suspension Setup question

I just bought a 2011 ZX6R at the start of this month and i'm looking at getting the suspension set up properly on it. Currently when I sit on it I have 0 sag. The shop I bought it from said it might take a little while for the suspension to break in, is this true?

Do you guys recommend any shops that can do a proper suspension set up?

I live in Niagara falls so the closer to Niagara the better

its setup on a gsxr but the basics are there for proper suspension setup on any bike
