Surprisingly Amazing service- Joe Rocket

So I have a pair of Joe rocket gloves for cooler weather, I've used them maybe a dozen times over the past year and a half- warranty ran out after a year.

I pulled them out the other day and the Gel Palm was disintegrating to fluff. So, I emailed them from their website on Monday and by Wednesday I got a reply saying that they would send me a new pair free of charge.

I am wowed by this, I figured at most they might send me a coupon for 25% off a new pair or something along those lines, but no they are taking ownership of a faulty product and replacing it. I'm glad that there are companies like this still out there! Lots of respect for Joe Rocket!

Thanks for sharing. Glad to hear they are treating you very well with the gloves. Just another reason I purchase Joe Rocket as well.

Hopefully the new pair don't run into the same issue!

JR is the only brand that fits me :( none of the euro cuts can come close. Love them

I'm not surprised by this service. A few years ago I bought a Ballistic jacket at the Spring bike show and did not notice that it was missing the elbow armour. It was probably the reason the shop was selling this jacket with Honda logos for such a good price. It was not really a concern as the armour from my Pheonix jacket fit right in; however, I soon got tired of switching the pads back and forth, so I emailed Joe Rocket to ask if I could order elbow pads. They did not ask where or when I bought the jacket and sent me the pads free of charge.

All of my jackets and pants are Joe Rocket. They make great gear.

I wanted to buy a another set of zippers for my Speedmaster pants. I e-mailed them and the guy that responded to me told me he was going to be in the shop in a few days and he'd look for a zipper. A few days go by and he e-mails me back, while he's at the shop. He couldn't find any zippers because they recently cleaned up and threw a bunch of stuff out but he told me the exact make and model of the zipper so I could find one online. Totally sounded like had he found a zipper, he would have shipped it to me for zero cost.

This, and all the other responses above, make me glad I'm a Rocket-man.

When I crashed last year my favorite Joe rocket bit it. Thing saved my life though. Just a shame they don't make it anymore. I'll stand by their stuff. For how bad my accident was it held up amazingly well for a textile jacket. Good to hear their customer service is great as well
