Supermoto Tubeless Conversion Ideas?

After scouring the internet and finding a few different methods, I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried to convert their spoked supermoto wheels to run tubeless
Looking to find input from people who race/do track days especially.
It will not be run on the street. I just always pinch tubes , I think it will speed up tire changes also. Most methods don't address adjusting spokes, I have yet to find any loose on my supermoto set-up so I am wondering if this is largely a non-issue
anyways.

i did mine, they do not allow for spoke adjustments, tire changes are awesome

all i did was use a blob of silicone, whatever is handy, on every spoke nipple then i wrapped the entire inside of the rim with duct tape, i used a drill bit to clean up the hole for the stem, used a normal tire stem.

Since doing it i have used 3 different sets of tires, exclusively track days, never had an issue with it.

I have seen the wide tape they use on spoked rims on ebay and im pretty sure that you can adjust spokes if you use that.

how about a tire mousse (or however it's spelt). Off road guys are big on them I think.

I'm sure you saw it on your internet search but what about this? http://tubliss.com/ not sure about spoke adjustments though, sounds like you can make them since it dosn't seal the rim itself, just the gap between the beads.

whatever glue they use in video is super strong! I'm not looking to spend big bucks on this, how often do spokes come loose after initial set-up/break-in? I recently found some "RESCUE TAPE" at work, the kind that binds to itself, holds 9 million PSI, good to 500F , has anyone tried this stuff?

I plan on getting some tires this week, and will try silicone/sealer and some tape, probably the self adhering kind. We'll see how it goes!

use baby powder on the tubes if you're pinching them.

for tubeless, you need to add silicone to each spoke nipple, let it harden then make a small spoke nipple turn to free it up.

Once this is done, you can go ahead with the sealing of the rim.

I used tuck tape(one layer) and then liquid rubber painted on with a brush.

The silicone seals to the tuck tape and under pressure but will allow spoke adjustments.

you MUST balance the wheel after the the install.

I did mine about 8000 kms ago and used marine goop, cause I had some on hand. I used 3/4 of a tube per rim.

I did 2 coats, this is after the first coat, the 2nd coat is the same, just a little bigger diameter.

I have also used the goop method. I have raced an entire season of Supermoto and never had a single issue! Tire changes are a snap and more consistant tire pressure. I found the video Joeb posted in earlier posting last year, tried it, and it works perfect. I did not use the two types of sealant, just the goop and used three small applications, two spokes at a time, let dry for 1 hr, rotate and do two more.

Well I tried the goop and tuck tape method, I happened to have both on hand.Used some International truck RTV sealant. Worked awesome! Tire changes are much easier with out tubes.I will run pirelli dragon supercorsa(?) I assume they will be better than 5 yr old maxxis rocks!
