Superbike Tail Seat Pads

Hey guys and gals,

I was just wondering what you're all using as a seat pad for your superbike tails. I've purchased the pre-cut neoprene pads in the past for $50, but it's hard to believe that a cheaper alternative doesn't exist. Maybe even one that allows for more customization.

I found mention online of some people using a surfboard traction pad and that seems like a good alternative, but I worry that too much grip might make my lower body movements more "choppy" at the track.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I bought a surf board pad for mine. It was 14 bucks on amazon. I cut it to taper and fit my seat pan a little better and it could not have worked better. Cheap and effective.

Lots of guys using Seadoo hydro turf. Never tried it myself but some friends seem to love it.

How much cheaper than $50 can you get? Especially for a pre-cut/perfect fit pad. I tried cutting the pad that came with my Sharkskinz bodywork once, it was brutal, bruv.

Cheap yoga mat from dollar store/walmart. Enough foam to do a few seats.

Done this. Elmers spray on glue and you're all set.
