Entitlement isn't a brand specific thing. I've seen ****** drivers in all types of vehicles. Bikes too. In general for me it's drivers from the city, in any car. I wish they'd stay south and east of king and hwy 10.
I hear what you're saying but certain brands/models do tend to attract certain types of drivers. Especially if it's affordable and decently fast or marketed toward "real drivers" there'll be a million and one A-holes who buy the car thinking they're Michael Schumacher.
More like Kyle Busch. Pretty sure Schumacher isnt a worse d-bag than that.
I would still default to Civic and VW drivers for the biggest idiots - Im not sure how they figure their 120hp front wheel drive car is a "drivers car" let alone a race car.

Anytime I'm driving in rural areas, some local yahoo is on my tail regardless of speed. They know the roads so all non-locals drive too slow for them.
Not that I drive like "the biggest idiot" but I love people who have big bad north american muscle cars who think this way. Not saying you do but there's a lot that do and not all vw's make "120hp"
I havent ever owned an american car and did own and race competitively a VW and it didnt have 120hp. Not every Civic or VW driver is an idiot but I am sure you can admit that there does seem to be a large number of them that drive overly "enthusiastically"
