that's a left-hand easy out, becareful using that tool, heat it up first at the threads of the jet before inserting the tool.
Looks like a screw extractor. Princess Auto has such sets for really cheap:

The extractors at Princess Auto are made of brittle material and break easily. However for $5, and in this application they might actually work as the jets are made of nice soft material.
I wouldn't attempt / bother to use these for anything other than soft material.

If you plan on REALLY using your extractors I would suggest you avoid the Princess Auto/Canadian Tire crap... a decent Dormer/SKF 3 piece set (of the type shown in that link) will run you about $100.
I break alot of bolts in my job, I probably have $1750-2000 in different extractors... and they all break, usually at the worst posible time.
Well, I do have a bad habit of breaking tools... I'll look for lifetime warranty
