what stores have big selections of gear on the shelf?

I'm hard to fit i guess and don't want the hassle of ordering stuff, sending it back, etc. I want to try something on and buy it if it fits.

looking for sport bike jacket (not black), and pants.


I don't care where it is, i'll travel. Is GP bikes the best for what i'm after? Is royal distributing just as big? Something else i should consider?


EDIT: I am aware of custom made gear, IM leaters/velocity. I don't want that now.

dash8 - thanks i'm in burl. but I don't care where i have to go to get something that fits. I just don't want the hassle of ordering something. A* uses alpha sizing and euro and the fit of the jacket differs between models. I'm willing to pay a premium (or mark-up) just to be sure i'm getting what I want.

Ok, Sturgess has a decent selection, and can order in... But it's always better to try on first, especially with helmets..

royal and gp, IMHO, have the biggest in store selection... You can always try on and Hunt around for a better price...the States have huge online stores, so price is sometimes better, and I can stuff shipped to U.S. side at Niagara Falls to save stupid shipping charges..

other than that, you're limited here :(

a* is eur cut.. I went with teknic for the North American cut...quite a big difference
 
I think that you will find GP bikes the best for what you are looking for. Royal is ok but I find that their stuff is more bottom of the line and they don't seem to have as much stock of quality gear. There is a Royal very close to GP in Whitby..so you can still check out both.
 
riders choice is closer to you and they have a lot of gear available, only place i have seen rev'it. just west of 427 on qew.
