sprockets/chain 02 gsx-r 600 question

It's time for a new chain/sprockets. I got the stock set up now 525 chain with 16/45 sprockets.
I was thinking of going -1/+2 or +3 just to get the front up a bit easier but keep it street ridable.
Also what chain would I need for a set up like this? 520?
Any suggestions? good/bad? What brands should I look into and where should I look to get a good deal.
Never had to shop around for this stuff before.

afam or vortex sprockets and d.i.d chains. I have a 49 on the back and i quite like it. You could put a 56 or 60 on and still ride street..but you would lose alot of top end.
