Sprint air filter

Hello, anyone use a sprint air filter?
Does it make the engine run lean?
Would one have to tune or ecu flash said engine?

I'm going to take a guess that it's the late model ZX10R in the profile picture. It won't make any difference to how the bike runs that's worth mentioning or worrying about.
