Spondon/moto martin frame legality

Would one of these frames be platable in Ontario?

Did not spot anything on the transport canada website. Would be this style of frame if it helps:

My guess is you would have to pull the VIN from the donor bike and put it on the Spondon frame. Homebuilt vehicles can no longer be licensed for the road.

Guess thats my only option lol, now onto the fun of finding one.

It's not legal, but if the OP wants one on the road, unless he can find one that was registered in the past, he doesn't have many other options. The number of vehicles with VIN games played is actually quite amazing (especially surrounding importing vehicles from other countries).

The rarity + style differences between them and stock yeah.

I know a fellow that recently got a custom framed bike on the road, it can still be done.
If interested, PM your info and I'll forward it to him, I'm sure he could give you some pointers.
