Sometime in May or June I managed to smash up my rotors over some embarrassing crap. Fawaz managed to order and install Braking Batfly rotors for my bike in literally 24 hours. I was expecting to wait at least 2-3 days. He kept telling me he knew I wanted to ride and looked sad so he wanted to get it done asap. Great guy!
Later on in the year I went in for my 24,000 service. The work was done over a day and when I got the bike back I found out my radiator fan wasn't turning on so I brought it back. They fixed it no charge or hassle and apologized. There was also a huge power increase in my bike but that was probably because the air filter looked like a vacuum cleaner bag...
The place is also extremely clean and gives you "peace of mind" leaving your bike there (compared to say Rosey Toes).
I'll be going back as long as they're in business =D
