Speedvale & Silvercreek in Guelph

Looks like a bright green (new) ZX10/ZX6 on its side outside the Timmies at that junction, looks to be a couple of cars involved as well.
Lots of fire & ambulances in attendance & the road is closed just below the Speedvale lights.
I have no news of the rider, possibly in one of the ambulances when I came past in the strip mall.
Hope he/she is ok.

Morning commute seems to be a bad time to ride. Many drivers way to distracted trying to get to Tim's or Mc D's to get their caffine fix. Ladies putting on make up, guys checking emails...
I've seem way to much of this while driving / riding
 
Update from the Guelph Mercury:

A man is in hospital with a serious leg injury following a collision between a motorcycle and a pick-up truck on Silvercreek Parkway Thursday morning.
The driver of the pick-up was charged with failing to yield from a driveway in the 7:10 a.m. crash. It took place just south of Speedvale Avenue.
