Seems like everyone has gotten or getting a ticket, my last ticket was about 2 yrs ago not for speeding but for making a left between 4pm - 6pm all lanes were full on Don mills south of Eglinton. SO i thought i'd start a thread about all the speed traps that i'm aware of we all come from all different parts of the city so this might come in handy.

1. Bayview South past Post road. (north of York Mills)
2. Bayview North at Kilgour for No right between 4pm - 6pm (North of Eg East)
3. Bayview North going past the Lawrence East bridge cops hiding near the lawn or in the driveway of the institue i forgot what it is.
4. Moore avenue at Hudson 4pm - 6pm no left from Hudson to Moore.
5. On Moore itself, its 40km for speeding.
6. Leaside Bridge both ways
7. Danforth both sides going East and west on the bridge btwn Broadview and Castlefrank.
8. Gerrard East just before Broadview 40km/hr
9. Bayview Extension going South past the DVP exit, use to be 70km, now its 60km
10.DVP exit Bloor and bayview exit it becomes 60 as u exit.
11. Eglinton East past leslie
12. Eglinton West at leslie
13. Yonge street Norht at Merton(near davisville)
14. Yonge street south before Lawton ave.
15 Donmills going south past Lawrence, waiting in the Metro parking lot rush hour HOV lane in the morning.
16 Lawrence West past Don mills after shoppers it bocomes 50km
17 York Mills west of Bayview (both ways) 50km.

Thats all i can think of so far.

I got nabbed at this place many years ago and still is in use.

Bathurst Street both directions between Strathearn/Burton and Claxton/Lonsdale. Across the big bride. It's a 50kph zone and people are flying past 70kph.

There's a cool app and supported by all devices (apple, android, windows, blackberry and others) - it's visually appealing and can give you audio updates of traps or red light cameras and many other options which you can disable and enable - you can also report live radar traps to other people and it will come up as an instant message to all other app users of this program in the City.

This app will become a lot more useful when more people join (not that it doesnt already have a large following already but the more the merrier).

I've used one of those running arm bands around my forearm to listen awatch for items to pop-up luckily I'm already aware of the old traps and just need to be aware of the new ones :)

Please see trapster.com and use it!

Works well and helped point out traps in NY state. You can download the data for your gps so you don't need to run your phone.

Here's one I snapped from my iPhone with Status updates:

Sorry for the oversized pic.. LOL
