Guys don't pay taxes / fees to government because they think it's too oppressive. So they don't bother paying it. Violent faction out of the US against police / courts / etc. Meanwhile they use electricity, roads, infrastructure, because it's 'owed' to the people.

They want everything for nothing. Drive without license/insurance, dont pay taxes, etc. But they still want free healthcare and use of emergency services.
