after recovered the bike from my neighbour's lawn, the bike front wheel is not straight,
I removed the front ends completely and reinstalled everything back but it didnt do anything, still slanted. does anyone know what need to be inspect???

You removed or loosened the stanchion tubes from the triple tree yokes and it didn't come straight?
You sure you don't have a bent stanchion tube?

... probably just twisted in the yokes from having the lock forced.

If that doesn't fix it you need to remove the steering stem and check it for bends or damage.
Might as well service or upgrade your steering head bearings while you at it.

removed, it was hard for the tube passing through the triple tree yokes, removed and installed, i had to twist/turn to get it going,

ill try to loosen the stem nut since the tube is really hard to pass through, thank you

That's how it would have twisted when the ******** forced the lock.
As long as the steering stem is not bent all out of shape I bet that fixes it.

Make sure you get the tension on the steering head bearings right.

i just loosen the stem nut and everything seem to line up, didnt touch the adjustment nut.
Thank you for your help. was thinking my riding season is over but i guess i can do a few more weeks
