Are you sure it didn't vibrate itself off?

that is the thing, it was oem.
it was pretty secure, i usually inspect my bike before every ride.

Yup, happened to me...
It was also an OEM bar end, on a 2006 GSX-R 750.
I bought a new pair for 30$ from SnowCity.

+1 parked it at yorkdale and came back and it was gone... and no it didnt vibrate off. i saw it before i left

I love my Woodcraft clip-ons, no bar ends to deal with.
