Someone did a study....

"We made male participants believe they had a relatively small penis by giving them false information on the average size of other men... Other trials in the experiment manipulated self esteem in different ways..." 🤣

Oh, god how I miss my psych classes! If it's one thing I learned, psych experiments are always an exercise in subject manipulation and never what it's claimed to be (to the subjects) at face value. And people wonder why I have trust issues...

Whatever happened to that guy who's daddy owned an insurance brokerage in Mississaugua and had the MVs ?
He hasn't been on in a while. Went through three or four usernames (presumably said something dumb and the original ones got banned?). Last time he was on, he was talking about having dinner with a member of the Rogers family. I wonder the the pic of his toy garage is still on GTAM. Lots of eye-candy there.

Wait, if you're referring to STB, he inherited that insurance business? He made it sound like he built it up from nothing.

That is who I'm referring too. I don't know of other GTAM members bragging about their insurance business (especially ones that owned MV's). I don't know his company name or history.

Damn.... I need to buy a Grom.

I thought STB was in the business of building / outfitting medical / dental buildings. Not insurance.

He made it seem like he built it from scratch, but in my experience...everyone that 'started from scratch' had a nice fund / cash investment from friends / family / inheritance.

Very very very few people actually are 'self-made'.

In similar news.

I can't believe the nerve of some people. I left my book behind, and when I went back to retrieve it, the woman who found it made me prove it was mine.
