some guy gets punched while doing a burnout

Okay that guy needs to get in to anger management and some mma class would help as well because looks like he cant punch for ****.
 
When i read the title i was thinking it was going to be on the street, and i was thinking if i saw a guy doing burnouts on the street i'd wanna punch (and drop kick) him too, but obviously this was a track indicent. The guy doing the burnout probably did something douchbaggy to to other guy just prior to that, it's just shame that guy doing the punch couldn't throw a real punch.
 
My GF would be ashamed to throw a punch that terrible.
