Solution to condo thefts

I believe one of these is under construction in Toronto, only the top 6 floors or something have the parking in the unit though... There was a story in the paper about it a while back.. Not sure if it going to be built or is being built... Can't seem to find the story now... Maybe it was cancelled..
It would be easier if Condo boards would just set aside some underground parking area and put storage locker size units with rolldown doors for motorcycles in the underground.. And cameras in the area you can see upstairs.

That's a pretty good idea, they could even combine the storage unit and the parking spot. Cameras may be expensive considering all the cameras and wiring you would need but i think most would pay a premium for peace of mind.

Definitely +1 to that

Just wanted to show how 'boss' that was.

Might be "boss" but wait till their trophy wives start experiencing heel slips while doing makeup accidents

So say someone comes after you, they have to wait ALL THAT TIME for the elevator to come back? Pheeeewwww!!

They would be waiting for the elevator that moves people anyway.

I can stick my r6 in the service elevator and bring it up to my suite. Still looking at buying one of those showroom floor rotating discs that they stick cars on.

I am surprised that people still park their motorcycles in underground condo garages. As long as there's even a single unit up for rent, there's a huge risk that you'll wake up only to find your bike missing. It goes without saying that theft insurance is a must.
