SOLO motorcycle tour [teaser]

Excellent vid! I've ridden most of those roads, and they are first class. Enjoy the trip!

Well today was insane. Basically got poured for a good portion of the day. There were some parts of the day that were OK (weather wise) though.


Having said that, it was still awesome. Put about 850km on the bike in 11-12 hours with stops. First portion of the trip was all major highways until I got to Montpelier, Vermont. Major highways for long periods of time are extremely boring. Then after that I took country roads in Vermont and into Maine. Let me tell you: you can basically pick any back random country road and it will be amazing. AWESOME scenery, and roads. I did not get many pictures or video today well because by the time I got to the good roads it was late and getting dark.


Tomorrow I am making my way back to Vermont, and will ride there and get some awesome footage (hopefully).

Thanks. Yeah, I am actually right by there right now, but it is closed for motorcycles due to high winds. The reading was at 62mph, cutoff is 60mph, and since it went over 60mph, it has to go down to 50mph. I am waiting a little to see if it happens, but I doubt it. I was really hoping to go up the mountain so I am disappointed as tomorrow's weather looks worse. If I don't get to go up it today, I will ride by tomorrow anyways just to see if I can get up it.

It was one of the things I was really looking forward to.
