I would like to point out as there is charity involved(although i don't think it makes the end goal any different) but as of yesterday there was no official confirmaton or denial from the police that there was another vehicle involved. The inital news report had stated there was a possibilty of another vehicle, the family still haven't been told yes or no by the Police. The family still doesn't know who made the 911 call, or where his bike is and are searching for answers themselves. I am just clearing the air here and be completely upfront, as i know the track record on previous/some fundraiser and just want to be 100 percent clear.
As mentioned the end goal doesn't change, our man is in critical condition and his family needs all of our help/hope/prayers that we can give them.

TJ, maybe i shouldn't have posted about it. It was more as an FYI as we had a fundraising issue/snafu a few years ago on this site.
About the bike, i believe the Police have it, the lack of details being relayed back to the family has something to do with to the Detective being off work for the past few days..
did you just say they dont know where the bike is? as if it could not get worse

My bike went missing after my accident. Was in the pics in the police report, they knew who towed it "Bike was here, I think the insurance company came and picked it up but we can't seem to located the paperwork" ummm, insurance company was the one that's asking where my bike is!?? lol. It was found four weeks later. Apparently State Farm took so long to go look at the bike the towing yard thought it was abandoned and sent it to their pre-auction holding lot and lost the paperwork.
