I see the othe report where he is crying about death threats. Sure thats not right, but scamming people isn't eather... Those guys in redflag are odd, checking out his workplace, etc...lol..

A 26 year old Ajax man has been charged in connection to a crash on the 401 in Toronto. The OPP say the collision took place in early February just west of Keele Street and involved two vehicles. The accused, Ragurub Yogarajah, faces three charges including fraud over $5,000 and public mischief. The incident was recorded on the dashboard camera of an OPP cruiser.

As per RFD, allegedly the parents run a physiotherapy clinic, so it can be that there is more to it than what we know, but that's just speculations at this point
 
Ragu claims in one interview he just wants his life back.
I hope his life is ***** for several years and he struggles a bit. Scam artists like this should get zero tolerance, messing up lives of otherwise regular folks.

He may still be right. Allegations haven't been proven in court.

You may believe he's a scammer. I believe he's a scammer. Doesn't make him a scammer.
