They charge you for the 1000km inspection but yet they don't inspect what they are supposed to
This happen to someone I know and when i called them out on it they say I may have to be charged for them to inspect what they failed to inspect in the first place
Each story has two sides but on this one trust me, they are a) incompetents or b) go out of their way to charge people for work they don't perform

Same experience, excellent parts service, go beyond the ask and figure out what I really need, not just what I ask for.

took in my brand new atv (bought from them)for service, wouldnt go into gear(automatic) without burping the throttle,charged me to tell me it only happens when its cold:angry1:,the machine had 100k on it and should have been done on warranty imo,needless to say I wont be back there for service.
