Slip-on exhaust

I have a 2000 CBR f4 and want to do an exhaust. Slip-on would obviously be the cheaper route but not the best performance wise. Plus a lot of people are telling me I can't do a slip-on on it. What are the costs of doing a full exhaust vs slip-on? Sounds differences? Opinions pls.

You most certainly can do a slip on.
Biggest advantage is the 25 lb weight loss of that heavy, all steel, chrome plated stock muffler.

jardine has a great highmount exhaust for the f4's greatest sound too!!
