Definitely in the 'what took them so long?' category. Spencer seemed to think it was beneath him to have to explain decisions, both to the teams and the public, which was a bizarre and counter-productive approach.
Will miss Crafar on the world feed, as his tech explanations were great (race predictions less so!), and he is very engaging. I do wonder with the Liberty Media takeover whether there will be a push to get away from the subscription model, which would then mean the global English-language feed could piggyback onto the UK broadcast feed. I'm sure the subscription has been profitable, but it's really bad long-term, as you get zero exposure to new fans.
