Side Swipe on DVP

Hi guys,

I was traveling north on DVP last night around 12:20am, saw a group 4 bikes also going north in the center lane (ZX14, CBR600 and 2 others). As we all approached York Mills everyone started slowed down for whatever reason, the CBR600 couldn't stop in time, he did a emergency break and wedged himself in between the two bikes in front of him. Bits and pieces of plastic exploded all over the center lane, I heard the engine screaming (probably lost his grip from the impact) but it was a good thing that he had the clutch in, the bike didn't go anywhere. All 3 were a little shaky but no one fell on impact. Anyone else saw this?

Please be careful out there and ride with some extra space in front of you.

A lot of idiots leaving L & L last night were speeding and weaving between cars, groups of them. I was sure something was going to happen at some point.

There's usually a big meet at 400/7 in that Best Buy/Dave Buster parking lot. Lots of cars and bikes show up Thursday's

That's what I mean, they were at that lot and I've been a few times now and they've never been there before..

Last night was Ertefa, there were around 200 bikes there from 8pm till 12. Lots of cars too.

Saw that too. Was worried about the girl on the back in short shorts as they were absolutely ripping through traffic

This is one of the reasons I prefer riding alone.


A lot of the groups I've ridden in they ride too close together....even in the bends.
