Shop to polish stainless pipes?

Need a shop that can polish stainless steel well.

Getting a bit of a run-around on what I think is a warranty issue. Yosh TRC-D slip-on purchased last spring is starting to oxidize or tarnish quite heavily starting at the cat and working its way slowly towards the can.
Would rather give the money to a hard working GTAMer over paying FedEx to courier it Yosh's factory.

Any recommendations would be great.

try this guy he is out in Oshawa
