Shock bushing removal help

Okay the part i need to take out is #44065 in the photo

As you tighten the nut on the threaded rod, the bushing is forced out and into the socket. No pulling is required. The new bushing can be pressed in with a bench vise.
 
Do this.

You can also use a bench vise instead of the long bolt if you don't have one handy. Either way go slow and steady taking care to make sure everything goes nice and straight. If it starts going a bit sideways just loosen it off and reset and try again.

I'm ghetto, so I see myself doing this, not the most refined method but the quickest. If you use a pipe with similar diameter as the bushing you can put a hammer to it
