hey guys, i need cheek pads for my shark rsi, size xl, ive got hours dedicated to searching through google with no luck, ive contacted any of the local bike shops i can think of and they cant help me out either. so ive finally sent out an email to the main branch in the uk i believe. helmet is only about a year old and its carbon fiber, id hate to have to stop wearing it because its getting loose on my fat head, but it needs new cheek pads. anyone have any suggestions or is able to help me out with this let me know. thanks

Send a PM to PannonSports on this board. He may have some extra cheekpads left over.

Not sure if you tried Kahuna but last time I went they had a bunch of Shark helmets in stock. Don't think I saw a RSI though but might be worth a shot.

I heard for 2013, Shark made a deal that in Canada their helmets will only be distributed to Yamaha dealerships. Worth a shot if there's one near you.

all good info thanks guys, ill send out some messages tomorrow to these guys. thanks again

yeah, that was last year in 2012. Too bad it took them a while to get sorted out as I changed my mind to a different brand.

pannon came through, he has two large cheek pads in stock, i figure theyll break in as ive lost a ton of weight and my face has thinned up, and its about the only option im left with, thanks for the help and suggestions, i checked ebay when i was looking and came up with nothing that would fit me, either much too small or way too big, so ive got two sets on order, i figure itll get me a solid two seasons of riding, maybe a bit more, and then ill retire this lid and move on to another one.

thanks again for the help

I have the same helmet and had a similar problem. I had to order through a dealer in California, who got them shipped from Shark France. Took forever to get here, and wasn't really worth the effort.

If you're interested, I have a spare set of xl cheek pads that are just sitting on a shelf.
