Given that these are td's - You will need to replace coolant with water, tape/remove any lights, satisfactory tires, no oil leaks etc.. the shanny website likely has a written section on td prep if you're looking for details.
two hour td is a pretty small window - if you don't live in the belleville area...

Anyone have any idea how many people usually attend these evenings?

If attendance is low 2 hours is a lot of track time.
